Music Of The Week

寒くなってくると、バラードやスローな曲が特に心地いい気がします。
イーグルスは言うまでもなく有名なバンドですが（グラミー賞受賞6回）、
その中で好きなのが1979年のアルバムからの"I can't tell you why"です。
無駄をそぎ落とした乾いた感じ、何度も聴いてもきれいな曲だなと思います。タイムレス。

無駄をそぎ落とした美、というところから、レオナルド・ダ・ヴィンチの言葉に
「シンプリシティは究極の洗練である」というのがあります。
その通り、と私は思う格言ですが、どう思いますか？

It's getting cold, but would be nice to listen to slow music. This week's music is Eagles "I can't tell you why" from their 1979 album. Eagles is one of the most successful bands, have won six Grammys and five American Music Awards. This is a timeless beautiful song. I feel the ultimate simplicity from this one, and it never gets old.

Dallmayer Osaka

大阪の中之島にあるダルマイヤーカフェへ友人と行きました。
カフェが入っている趣ある建造物のレリーフは美しくて、
建築好きにはたまらないとっても落ち着く場所です。

I had tea time at Dallmayer which is in Nakanoshima Osaka, with my friend. I love architecture, and a relief of the building was so beautiful. Dallmayer is in the building, a relaxed place.

Music Of The Week

ジョン・セカダが気になるこのごろです。
キューバ出身のシンガーソングライター（グラミー賞受賞2回）。
1992年のアルバムからの"Just Another Day"は、ラテンとポップが融合する
なつかしいサウンドが心地いいのと、PVにジア・カランギ似の女の人が出てきます。

I love music, old and new so much! This week's music is Jon Secada "Just Another Day" from his 1992 album. He is an american singer and songwriter(born in Cuba), and has won two Grammy Awards. A Mixture of latin and pop is so wonderful sound, and you can see a woman looks like Gia Carangi(a legendary supermodel) in the video. Here is a youtube link, listen and enjoy if you would like.

最高にシックなコペンハーゲンのバーレストラン、バルサザール。
こんな色と質感のバランスが大好きです。
ファッションに取り入れるのもカッコいいですね。
